Star’s Football Family-

A HAPPY FATHER’S DAY to all of the Dads in our program!  Being a father is the greatest gift of my lifetime and I have been fortunate to learn from a good one in my Dad. I reminded our players this week to take a moment and thank the dad figure in their life for all that they do for them. Fatherhood is not an easy job and I want our players to realize that gratitude is a virtue that will grow like a tree. The more we show gratitude and water the seeds of graciousness the deeper the roots will grow and the stronger it will become in our life.

We had another great week as a program.  The investment and accountability that our players displayed is amazing.  We continue to talk about the climb back to the top. We stress the importance of being processed orientated and stacking small incremental gains. This week we asked our varsity to develop their own process plans. This exercise is designed to tap into the wants and needs of our players and begin the dialogue on the steps needed to accomplish them. It all comes back to the climb…never stop moving up the mountain!

This weeks schedule continues to build on our 4 quadrant development. Opportunities to build our physical, tactical, technical and mental capacities will be available to every player who choses to accept them.

Finally, our communication loop must be clear, concise, and accurate.  Please take the time to read emails, newsletters and check our website www.scn4thphase.org As always, if you have any questions please reach out to any of our group leaders
